participation, rehabilitation and reform
Voltes has designed and encouraged several participatory sessions to carry out the draft of the internal reform of the offices of the National Council of Youth of Catalonia. The CNJC is a platform that brings together 96 national youth organizations and local youth councils.
The main objectives of this reform are to achieve universal accessibility in the space itself and a commitment to reduce CO2 emissions. On the one hand, among the CNJC entities are some of its members with functional diversity or member entities whose objective is to continue progressing in social inclusion. And on the other hand, since 2015 the CNJC has unanimously approved a resolution urging to perform an energy audit in its offices, and that it meets the criteria of energy efficiency and emission reduction C02 in accordance with the environment as a public entity of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
These participative sessions are promoted with the aim of introducing the vision and knowledge of the users in the project of remodeling the office space. Establish in a participative way the guidelines and criteria in the design of this space taking into account the needs of the users. The main objectives are:
- Analysis of the space to become aware of the possibilities and limitations.
